The story behind SENSÉ
I'm Rijk.
This is why I built SENSÉ.
I never expected to end up in the diabetes world. But someone close to me wore a CGM sensor, and I noticed how something that keeps her healthy was also changing the way she got dressed, how she posed for photos. That just didn't sit right with me. That needed to change. When I started talking to more women in the T1D community, I didn't just find confirmation. I found a community that pulled me in like family. SENSÉ is what I'm building for them. A world where no woman thinks twice about her sensor when getting ready, and where the only question people ask is: where did you get that bracelet? That's the world we're building.
